Uncle Chris's Foster Dog Academy

Hi!

Hi again everyone! It's me, Selma, and boy have I got a fun update for you.

Tucker has napping down to a science!

Then it was time for our walk before the rain - remember the rain we had on Easter in the afternoon? We got out for a nice walk in the neighborhood right beforehand. And there was a picnic going on in the park! With two MoonBounce things - Omigosh - I wanted to go bounce in the moonbounce thing, but UC said I probably wasn't invited.

Can we play catch now?

I have so much fun playing - I bet you and I would have a great time playing!

Sooooo much fun!

I think you might have gotten the wrong impression about us...

Hey everybody! It's Selma and Tucker here together to have a little fun.

You see, we think with all of the cute puppy pictures that we've been posting of us snuggling, or cuddling, or sleeping — that we might have given you the wrong impression.

Well not anymore.

Don't get us wrong, we're still all of that cute, cuddly, and sweet stuff, but we also like to have a good time! So, while all of those pictures of us chilling out our true most of the time, without we might like to share some of our fun play sessions with you, too!

I'll go ahead and get us started, okay? I LOVE to play ball!

All right, now admit it...

You've been wanting a super fun dog to play ball with as the weather gets warmer, right??

Or to run around and be silly with? Check out this clip of Tucker being silly!

(and typical of UC, he missed Tucker having the most fun right at the beginning - sheesh!)

So we love to play and be silly outside - and inside, too! We both love toys.

Love this toy, UC!!

Selma likes Rope Toys or Tennis balls, or Kong style stuff (so Uncle Chris got her a couple of combination toys!)

But Tucker prefers stuffies and toys he might snuggle with after a little while of playing with them...

You see what we're saying here? We're the best of both worlds - we love to go for walks and play with toys or play chase in the yard - and each of us is more than happy to snuggle and cuddle and be cutie puppy, too!

Gosh - watching all these movies of us being silly and fun has me tired out...

So it might be nap time for this sweet little girl!

I'm still looking for someone to cuddle with after all that fun!

Tucker and I (Selma) are both 100% House Trained, and we know our basic obedience commands. We're just two great dogs looking for our Forever Families!!

Would you like to meet one of us? (or both of us? we get along great)
It's super easy - just leave a comment below, or send us a message on the Foster Facebook Page, or let the really nice people at www.heschatt.com know and we'll get it set up. We can't wait to meet you!!

Don't forget to click SHARE down below - Okay? And have I mentioned I'm silly?

Wait! I almost forgot. Please take just a moment to click the SHARE button down below, okay? It makes a huge difference, because it lets other people see us. And it works, too - lots more people have been seeing lately with your help. Thank you so much!!

Hi!

You'll never believe what happened to me yesterday! Oh, right - it's me, your buddy Tucker...

I'm practicing my "Friend of a Celebrity" poses...

What do you think? Pretty good?

I'm having UC sit in for a real celebrity... Think Harrison Ford has any room in his social calendar?

Anyway, I just wanted to give a shout out to my man, Teddy - and thank both my faithful supporters (you guys rock!) and his followers for sharing me so much so I can find my Forever Family.

Oh, Hey there!

Uncle Chris had to carry me out to the truck!

And since my tummy hadn't been working right, I was REALLY skinny!

I'm no vertibernarian, but I don't think I'm supposed to be that skinny!

And I'll be honest with ya? I was a little bit frightened...

Am I going to be okay?

But I realized right away that being at Uncle Chris's house as a foster doggie would be okay. He and Auntie Kate loved me right from the start and were very gentle and stuff. And the great people at HES made sure I had food that would be good for my recovering tummy.

A room of one's own - that Virginia Woolf lady had it right!!

I could finally be my Silly Selma Self! (if you look careful, you can see my scar was healing nicely)

And rest and relax in the sun. No more worrying for this girl!

Now that I felt better, I discovered that I had been sent to some sort of foster dog boarding school! Uncle Chris worked with me to learn new stuff I'd need to be a good family member.

This is such an embarrassing picture, sheesh! But I am a little cutie, ain't I?

And I'm all healthy and filled out to a normal weight now and stuff. I'm all ready to roll out with my Forever Family...

I'm a healthy, happy, and loving pupper!

You know what else I forgot to mention?? Gosh, it's the most important thing!

Thanks so much for Sharing my story!! Love You!

Okay - that's all for now. I do have a super awesome surprise for you, but you'll just have to wait for it... Can you stand it?!? I'm pretty excited!
